Negatives: I forgot some personal items, including an expensive prescription in the breakfast area. That evening I called the front desk and they found them. Since I live 4 hours away, they said if I sent them a UPS label, they would box them up and drop off at UPS. I immediately sent the label, but it took 11 days of phone calls to get them to actually drop them off. They didn't do it until I said I was calling the cops.

Negatives: The whole interior of the building needs an upgrade. Place looks kind of dumpy. Bathroom faucet is not connected to the wall, ice machine not working. Elevator is loud & annoying. Walls need to some attention. Air conditioner wouldn’t turn off.
