Between Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff was great. It was very convenient location for college tour. Breakfast included (could've used a slightly better selection of foods)

Negatives: Extra charges to my account that didn't match my receipts and the staff couldn't figure it out (spent 13 and change as well as 19 and and change, used my debit for the 19 charge and the other was a room charge. The room charge is showing as 43 and change. But reciept clearly is $13, the charges were for 1 adult beverage, 1 soda and 1 water). Also the train whistle and track noises hourly all night, so slept poorly. Wasn't aware there was a train a cpl blocks away or I'd have requested a new room opposite side of the building. Also when opening couch bed, my daughter found a debit card from a past guest which expired 2 years ago, so makes you wonder how well rooms are cleaned.
