The receptionist was rude, the showers were rusted out. Nobody said we had to purchase a meal voucher. There was strong odor of marijuana

Floor, bathroom and electric item in the room are dirty(dust) It is Smelly inside the room and corridor, entrance. Floor mats are not clean.
Towel is frayed. Bed is too small, not enough for an adult and a kid. Breakfast is the worst one ever.
Handwash is located too high that my kids can not use it without my help.

Didn't like the breakfast. It wasn't included in the price of the hotel stay. Once purchased, it was not worth the price. Food was barely hot, very little choices. The two running the bar were not very friendly
