The staff was great, and the room was clean and spacious. I loved having the kitchenette available. The proximity to the LasikPlus surgery center is fantastic, we went here after Lasik.

I called hotel before I booked and I was told the pool was operating fine and I was told the hours we could use the pool, so I booked and bought kids with me and upon arrival pool was closed and was closed the day I called, kids disappointed

The breakfast, the work out room and the location of laundry. The rooms were also very quiet, we never heard anyone the whole time we were there.

We intentionally chose this hotel so our three kids could swim. We were very disappointed when the pool was closed the entire stay. The staff kept telling us the pool would be open in a few hours, but it didnt for the entire three night stay.

Room was a good size and very clean

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa because I was traveling with ,y spouse and 3 teens. I booked 1 month in advance to ensure the room was what I needed. My room was also prepaid, however, when I arrived (after a 10 hour drive) I found out the desk clerk had given away the room I booked and as a result I was given a king bed with a pull out sofa only. This forced me and my spouse to put our 12 year old in the king bed with us so my 15 & 16 year old's could share a sofa bed! Their feet were literally hanging off the bed! I didn't even get an apology for this!
