Positives:
Continental breakfast was disappointing. Waffle Make and toaster. No fruit or protein. Location was god. That's why we have stayed there on our trips to London for family events. Won't stay there again. Girls not up To Quality Inn standards
Negatives:
Hot tub was full of algae...pea soup. Microwave didn't work. Door security lock was broken off. Had to move light bulbs to achieve needed lighting. Main electric outlet in room was a wire thru the wall to a power strip. Bedding had spots on it. Carpet needed shampooing. Won't stay there again.
