Wife got up in the morning with spider bites on her arm. Hotel charged a $60 incidental deposit which the clerk claims will be refunded in 5 business days. This deposit requirement is not disclosed before check-in. Further, no incidentals were available for which the deposit would be needed.

The location was great for us to attend an UofL game. The staff was friendly and the room clean

Our room was located on the 4th floor which wouldn’t had been a problem except it was 100° outside and the AC was not turned on in our reserved room. Not to mention they didn’t have the AC running in the hallways either. Very warm and stuffy
