Positives: There was no breakfast just cereal and banana, out of date muffins.

Negatives: No Breakfast, room was 90 degrees when we arrived and took 4 hours to reach 70 degrees. Obvious holes in the walls poorly patched. Bath had hair in the tub.

Negatives: Wife got up in the morning with spider bites on her arm. Hotel charged a $60 incidental deposit which the clerk claims will be refunded in 5 business days. This deposit requirement is not disclosed before check-in. Further, no incidentals were available for which the deposit would be needed.
