The fridge didn't work in the room. When we left for breakfast came back and key didn't work. Then in our room a few outlets didn't seem like they were working either. Wifi kept going in and out.

I stay at Best Western most the time I go to Murray and they changed the pillows. The pillows were very small and were not very comfy. I also prefer to be on the lower level.

The property was close to Murray State University. It was clean except for the very bad smokey smell and cigarette butt under the couch cushion. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We would stay again as long as the room did not smell like smoke.
Negatives:
As soon as we walked into the room it smelt like smoke. I went over to the couch to see if it was a pullout I found a cigarette butt and ashes under one of the cushions. I then went to the front desk and explained the situation making sure they would not charge us $150 for smoking in the room, the lady apologized and said there is not supposed to be smoking in the rooms. I asked if she had anything I could spray to get rid of the smoke smell and she gave me something. It helped some but not enough. When you or anyone in your family does not smoke you are very sensitive to the smell. We made the best of it for the 2 nights we were there.
