No pool, carpet in room, brand new toilet that's for midgets, n lower than standard height. Smell in room . Snacks n goodies have to b charged to room. No breakfast, only 1 ice machine n its in snack room thar u have to use ur room card to get in. And u let dogs stay that's why you shouldn't have carpet. Mold of window sill n frame.

When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a reservation for the dates that were booked and I had to pay for the 22nd which I did and left my phone number for the district manager and when she called me on the 23rd I was asked to leave the premises and she would contact booking.com for a refund
