Negatives: The alarm went off at 5:25 am and I didn't set it. I never thought to check to see if it was on.

Negatives: I think regardless if you pay cash or card deposit i feel like it should go back on your card the same day you check out and still waiting on mine to go back on my card other than that it was nice.
