The location was close to the interstate and the two venues I needed to attend.
Negatives:
The sign "Weekly Rates" was off-putting because it invited renters who were cooking on-premises and loitering. I was afraid to leave my bags there and fearful of entering my room at night alone. The room was missing a mirror and whiskers lay on the sink.

When we saw the room next to us had refrigerator microwave. She did move us to it stating it was a disability room. I let her know we were both disabled

Night shift counter, lady. Put it in a room that had no key to it. So she had to open it, we said that was fine. We were there just for the night, but then it had no refrigerator no microwave. We looked at the room next to us. And they had a retributor in

Carpet in room was disgusting, mold covered the bathroom ceiling, broken furniture, dead bugs on floor, controls to air conditioner broken, they allow live-ins as our neighbor had door open and cooking inside room with window sill full of cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and other things. Im not picky and travel a lot, but this is one of the worse rooms Ive stayed in for quite sometime. They originally had in us in one room but he had been scratched through and handwritten to put us in Room 115. Not sure why other than being after 9pm checking in. Needs updates severely!

The only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and I didn't get to swim because the pool wasn't very clean. The slept like fish and it stunk really bad on your skin. Was the worst I've ever seen somewhere as far as a pool. Honestly I shouldn't have paid that much because of that reason. Wasn't much of a selection for breakfast included either.
