The staff member Jaime. She kept everything clean at breakfast and the coffee fresh. She did her very best to make the food edible.
Negatives:
The bathroom ceiling leaked the entire time. Multiple staff members were told, including the “maintenance” man. He told me to close the shower curtain. By the time we left, the ceiling didn’t have a small crack anymore, the paint and Sheetrock were falling. Every time we asked for clean towels we were given some excuse as to why they couldn’t get us some. I had to schedule a day for the staff to change the sheets. They never cleaned our rooms (we were there Tues-Sun.) and in fact I had to gather our trash and place it in the hallway for them to collect it. The breakfast was disgusting, the only thing we ate was the “fresh” fruit. Everything else tasted old or not fresh.
