Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The hotel was resealing a bathtub and did not close down any parts of the hotel so we were breathing in toxic fumes. The hotel staff didn’t care. They charged the wrong card and didn’t want to reverse the charge to put the stay on the preferred card I had. There were also questionable folks staying in the room across from us who started fighting each other while we were there. I feel like besides the fact that they were likely violating some laws (possibly an OSHA violation) by using highly toxic sealant on a tub without properly closing down/sealing off the wing of the hotel, the breakfast was missing most every item every day and for the price I paid I could have stayed in a better hotel. There was a pretty heavy police presence every night by the hotel which made me feel like the area wasn’t the best and the shady motel Next door decided to convert their outdoor pool into a weed garden (not best westerns fault, but I figured I’d paint a picture of the area/view). There were also constant drug deals happening in the parking lot of the best western. Not a place I’d stay again for numerous reasons.

Negatives: All of the 3 shampoo, body wash and conditioner were empty. The room was dirty, the towels had stains, one bed sheet was yellow, probably washed but body fluid’s perfectly stained the sheets. The shower walls had several bugger and possible body fluids on the shower wall. The shower curtain needs a good bleach and the shower floor needs to be scrubbed. The shower floor dirty and the room was dirty. The microwave had food items all in the inside and inside door.

Negatives: Our rooms weren’t ready at 3…the toilets are too short…like child sized!

Negatives: I didn't like the rooms, I was changed to three different locations, and with each room I was changes to ..they only got worse or were still the same .. I was very uncomfortable with the stay here but I managed

Negatives: Room and corridor smelly Breakfast very simple and don’t change No towels in our room when we checked in. The day after asked to have clean ones, never happened I had to ask at the reception and we kept the dirty ones during our stay. The rooms was never cleaned during our 3 nights, I asked to the reception but never knew why no one cleaned our room. I reported that the desk lamp didn’t worked (expected this to be fix) same, never happened. The room was pretty dark
