Positives: Nothing. Property attracts some very sketchy people and is very sketchy around the property.

Negatives: Run down facilities. Rooms are poor quality with terrible construction and finishes. Requested non smoking room and obviously the room was smoked in many times over. Could not take a relaxing bath as it had no drain plug but it was late and I just decided to forego the bath a way as the tub was nasty. Old, terrible caulking and just outdated.
