The room wasn’t clean at all. There was hair left on towel rack in tub in shower plus there was left over food in sink that cause the water not to drain. The AC cut off I had to call front desk and was told maintenance was going to be called maintenance never came so I called downstairs to front desk again after waiting : hours in a hot room. The front desk clerk came and did what she had to do in order to get the room AC back on. It was horrible stay and we won’t be going back there.

And I could hear everyone down the hall and my next door guests throughout the night, every night. The floors felt nasty and dirty walking in it barefoot. The place may look decent but there were people getting stuck in the elevators. I was on 4th floor.

Lighting in the room could have been better. Could not close the drapes at night to keep out outside lights. Could not fully close the drain in bathtub to take a bath.

The staff was excellent, front desk and breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable along with the pillows that weren’t too hard as a lot of hotels are. Thank you for a comfortable nights rest.

Hillton hotels are normally great. First off all when I booked the room it said it was going to have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. No couch in room. Bathroom door dit not close all the way. No privacy to bathroom. Curtains did not block the light from outside. It was super bright in that room. Totally disappointed.

Breakfast is terrible -no fruit “fruit truck arrives today, no bagels and limited bread “bread truck arrives today”. Breakfast area was dirty, chair fabric badly stained.
