Stayed here for years but...
Positives:
Breakfast was ok.
Negatives:
Refrigerator was not cooling they brought me another one from another room and that one didn't work either. We evacuated for the hurricane and chose that hotel because of the kitchen.

Bathtub in our room was very discolored in the bottom. Not dirty, just not very appealing to enter. Also, there were large cracks in the fiberglass on the rim of the tub entrance. Again, not dirty, just offputting.

Positives:
The location and most of the staff were great. The size of the room was similar to a studio apartment.
Negatives:
There was a party next door to my room. I had no issues initially. But then, the members of the party spilled out into the hallway and were creating noise next to the door of my hotel room. I contacted the front desk, and it was dismissed that the kids were fine. No one stopped the party. The next day, I saw the police outside. My main issue is that I had to sign an agreement that my stay would not involve having a party in the room.
Also, the tub glaze was peeling badly. There was a mat placed in the tub to cover it, but there was mold under the mat. I had to wear Crocs to take a shower.

It seemed on the weekends the breakfast wasn’t even close to what had been offered during the week which was a huge deal for our baseball group and there was only one luggage carrier for the entire hotel

The shower of the room stood out the most. Wasn't very spacious but it was only for a night so it was manageable. The appearance of the room was beautiful. Felt very comfortable there. Other than than it was great!
Negatives:
Not much parking. Was being worked on on the first floor. Not much space in rooms. Sofa bed mattress needs to changed or firmer. Need more parking space.

The bathroom in my suite was disgusting and in disrepair with a tub/shower floor and surround that were scratched and chipped up so badly I didn't feel it was safe to use it.

Positives:
Nice hot options for breakfast, and some good cold ones too. Staff was friendly. Pool was a good size, not crowded. Nice to have seating area, kitchen, and separate bathroom in the room.
Negatives:
Better signage would be helpful. My room was one of the furthest from the elevator, and there were no signs indicating which way to get there, or to get back. There are exit signs, but the property is a bit maze-like so better signs would be helpful.
