There was loud music being played in the parking lot, constant water running from air vent in bathroom to the floor, room was not cleaned, floors stained, mattress pad stained, very unsanitary. Attempted to complain twice but there was no staff member

The room was clean and room was made up perfectly each day. Staff was friendly and professional.

The staff. They tried their best to find a room that did not have a damp and musty smell, working smoke detector and no mold. But after trying a few rooms, we had to move to another hotel.

No working smoke detector, damp and musty smell, mold in the bathroom, carpeting pulling away from floor and a non-working tv.
