Positives:
The staff was very helpful, the free HOT breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. The rooms were very clean and they even let us check in early (7 am) when our flight was changed. I left my umbrella in the Uber and they gave me one to use since it was raining all day as well. The valets opened the door every time and were so polite. It was just a great stay with an exceptional staff!

The room had dirty towels still in the bathroom. I felt as if the room wasn't cleaned properly. We were in & out when I checked in. When I arrived back to my room, it was late. If I had noticed the dirty towels earlier, I would have requested another room. There were also no hot water when I showered. The water was almost cold. I was not pleased at all.

I did not like the rude employee, she charged me a totally different price from what I was quoted and did say the amount when charging the card, I got to the room and had to come back down the I was informed about a holding fee of $75 per night I understand a set amount that was a lot.

I loved everything about this location and exceptional staff. Rooms were perfect sized and the little kitchen was a great added feature... hotel was beautiful and all the amenities were on point...
Negatives:
if I was being nit picky the tub could be bigger...lol. the little fridge had a lot of nicks on it from the outside but worked perfectly fine... adjoining rooms would have been cool... and that is all just nitpicking... we all enjoyed our stay.
