All of it, We weren’t very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel. So much noises coming out from our balcony while we weee asleep, came down to the front desk to see if they can do something about it and she was not happy to talked to and has a huge attitude. And the locks from the balcony doesn’t seem safe to leave our stuff in the room. The room was dirty. I don’t I will ever stay here ever again.

Positives:
I liked the location in relationship to the the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful at the reception. There were other options to eat out in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Plenty of information was available for day trips and exploring local attractions.
Negatives:
The pillows were on the hard side and the air conditioning in the reception are was very cold in my opinion. The breakfast could have been slightly better in its standard.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was ample and delicious, and the balcony was a great touch. The heat in the shower is exceptional.
Negatives:
There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. There's a mini fridge stocked with items for purchase, which was nice, but it made me nervous because there were so many rules attached to it, and there were sensors under all the items. I was worried that my room would be charged if I picked something up to look at it. The only lighting in the room was from the lamps stationed around the room. No overhead lighting. It never got bright enough in the room. But if you like to maintain an ambiance at all times, that will work for you.
