Great location. Great bar. Beautiful lobby.

A/C didn't work. Shower handle was loose and didn't work. TV remote didn't work.
Everything was fixed next day.
And when we asked to do something for us (in a sense of compensation for all inconveniences we had) we were told that since we booked through Booking.com and not directly they won't do anything.
Then they offered free breakfast which was useless since we were traveling with friends and had reservations in the city.
So my suggestion - avoid booking through Booking.com and book hotels directly.
This way you'll be compensated if something will go wrong.

We loved our room and the location of the hotel. We were able to upgrade to the corner suite thanks to Tray's help. Everyone was friendly and willing to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do in the city and walkable.

3 star hotel with fantasy dreams of becoming a 4 star.
At checkin was given incorrect room, was given an attitude by front desk when I advised it was wrong. Then was told they can "try" to find me another room. WTH...what about the actual room I booked!!!
The $130.00 credit is a scam, they make you spend almost $400.00 in order to get the credit.
The lady at the concierge is cranky, rude and not helpful. We were standing at the checkin when we watched and heard her say to another member of staff " i dont like talking to people" again WTH!!!
No fridge in room but they have a warm mini bar. Ice maker is frequently out of ice.
Bathtub didnt hold water.
You are not given enough of anything.
2 towel, 2 QTips, 2 Wash Cloths. Maybe they never had a stay with a woman but one towel is for her hair one is for body...again wth am i suppose to use....
There is an upcharge each time you use your card and dont pay cash!!
They add 20% gratuity on tabs even for just 2 people which dont forget about the visa upcharge that is include.

Called for more towels, after 30 min wait I left the room and went to get them myself.
Asked for more Toilet Paper from the front desk that only took 15 mins to arrive.
Overall this place nickel and dimes you or as others my say they are sneaky like Diddy.
You want better food, service and pricing stay 3 blocks down at the Hyatt House. The staff there is friendly and helpful. You will feel like your at hone but on vacation at home.
This place full of nasty attitude people, uncaring and not helpful.

The check-in, restaurant servers, and housekeeping staff were phenomenal. Our room was spotless! We loved the location of the hotel, the walkability of the neighborhood and our quiet room. My daughter left her necklace in our room after I had turned in the keys and Oswald was kind enough to walk us back into the room. We found it! Thank you! :)

Our television wasn't working. The maintenance staff was kind enough to replace it for us, which we appreciated. Our beds were not the most comfortable, but the sheets were crisp and clean. I would have given the top rating for this hotel, but I had an unfortunate experience with the manager, MARK. On Wednesday night, I politely asked the front desk clerk if we could have a late checkout. She turned to her manager and waited for a response. Mark seemed perterbed by my request and barked back, "The hotel will be at full capacity tomorrow, so the very best we can do is let you check out at noon"! I was shocked by his volume and nasty tone! All he had to say was, "Yes, we can give you an extra hour". Even if he'd politely declined it would've been fine, but there is no excuse for rudeness! As a manager, he should know better. We had an enjoyable stay up until this moment, so it's a shame. Mark needs to take a lesson in decorum from his staff.
