Positives: Not much

Negatives: So many problems: Poor service at check-in, nobody present, rude, poor signage; room poorly lit, amenities in bath poor, no tissues, awoken at 4 in the morning with truck services outside window; no housekeeping service.

Positives: The hotel exceeded my expectation. I chose it for the nearness to Bourbon street, it’s a short walk and there are two excellent breakfast spots close(streetcar cafe and Daisy Dukes). I paid a little extra for the bigger room(absolutely choose this option as it’s totally worth it).

Negatives: The tv service is definitely lacking, ours kept freezing up and made watching anything difficult at best.
