After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Very nicely kept Hotel, very nice indoor pool and whirlpool and comfy breakfast room. 5 min drive from Wells beach and located right across the street from a supermarket. Also, only a short drive to Ogonquit

Positives: Everything was perfect (warm cookies, cleanliness, wonderful breakfast)... until check out. We left and a few hours later realized our son's favorite stuffy got left behind. We came back about 4 hours later and communicated with staff, for DAYS in hope to retrieve it. No such luck! Had left another item in the room. If nothing was found, it only means things were thrown out. I worked 10 years in housekeeping and would have never thrown away private property! His stuffed animal was with him since birth! All was perfect until this happened. It made this whole trip a sad memory. Very disappointed.
