Positives: The decor was fantastic. The room keys were fun.

Negatives: I called ahead to say I wouldn’t be getting there until early in the morning due to flight delays, to which the Front Desk said fine… And then canceled my reservation and charged me that night anyway. It took about 20 minutes to get it reinstated since I was there for another couple of nights. If I hadn’t called, I would understand that since many hotels do that, but I did call. Also, it would be terrific if they had laundry facilities!!
