The bed was comfortable and the front desk was helpful.
Negatives:
1.The bellman seemed unwilling to assist us when we arrived.
2. When we came back from our evening out, our room smelled like smoke and neither of us smoke.
3. We heard lots of inappropriate noise coming from a room next to our Guest room on the 12th floor while we were trying to sleep.
4. We ate in the restaurant and the server assumed that we were going to eat from the happy hour menu and no one came to our table for 10mins.
I will not stay here in the future.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I sprained my ankle my first night there so I didn't get to do the things I planned on doing. The staff brought me ice and an ace bandage which was so nice of them. I ended up hanging at the hotel tavern for meals and drinks and got to socialize with other guests and the wonderful bartender Samira!
Negatives:
The tavern opened two hours late on Saturday. The manager didn't have anyone scheduled to come in. I had to go to the front desk and complain and then they made a call to find out what was going on.
