Don’t travel there with a baby! I had pre booked a travel cot in which the hotel emailed me confirmation but when I arrived late one evening wanting to put my baby to sleep, the travel cot wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for the travel cot to be sorted and brought up to the room in which time my baby was absolutely exhausted and restless after a very long day of travelling. The staff didn’t offer to help assemble it or have any sort of apology for it taking so long.
This hotel was advertised as having a kettle. They did not have a kettle, it was a coffee machine. I asked multiple members of staff if I could still use the coffee machine to make boiling water to make my babies bottle. All the staff I asked didn’t know and were unhelpful. They referred me to house keeping who didn’t speak any English and still didn’t know. Had to work it out myself.

The front desk associates were fabulous! We needed the AC adjusted and the serviceman was pleasant.
Negatives:
The valet workers weren't attentive to us. They had a lot of smiles for the white patrons but we were ignored. We had to chase them down and wait in the rain. Ridiculous.

Positives:
I paid extra for a VIP magic show experience that was taking place in the hotel. The main show was mid but the private VIP show was worth it. This, of course, has little to do with the hotel itself. So I guess...I liked that the hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The temperature controls in my room didn't work. The valet text system didn't work. I was asked to use contactless check in early via text but when I arrived a half hour earlier than their posted check in they wanted $35 to let me "check in early". There was no on-street parking and the front desk never suggested that I could park around the corner in a lot but instead insisted that I use their valet. It just seemed they were about money first, customer comfort/consideration second if at all.
