tv didn't work and nobody came to fix it, also room service knocked door 3 separate times even though we told them we were still there and didn't need anything. we even put the sleeping in card on the door the night before.

We didn't try the breakfast but the room was comfortable, roomy and clean. The staff was very friendly and the valet parking was nice. The location is questionable, but I think that's just Baltimore. The CFG Bank arena was 2 blocks away and the surrounding area was loaded with shops and restaurants. But the location is a mix of nice, touristy downtown and scary, homeless, have a knife on you. It was actually strange. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have kids. On our way out at lunch time, lots of people walking around but also a guy laying in the middle of the sidewalk on drugs while everyone just walked around him and didn't pay attention. So if you have to go to Baltimore Inner Harbor location, then stay on the other side of the block.

Hotel was fine once inside. The lobby area could have used some music and some life. The check in are was tiny and unsuspecting, but overall fine.
Negatives:
The location is in a very rough neighborhood in Baltimore. We were not very comfortable walking around the area given the homelessness and seemingly crime ridden area. The parking is Valet only, so you have to be prepared to pay an extreme amount, and you cannot come and go as you please.
