the environmental services were poor. The carpets in the stairwells look like they had never been vacuumed, the toilet seat in our room was held on by one bolt, there was mold on the air vents we had a coffee pot but no cups to use it, when we went down to the breakfast one type of muffin, no cocoa. And to top it all off, I was not told when I booked that the hotel did not have steps, we were told when we got there, but we were already late for an event we were there for in the first place, so changing rooms was not an option.
