Negatives: Very dirty hotel. Carpets were stained throughout the hotel. Room and bathroom were not clean. Breakfast that was provided was white bread, oatmeal and cereal. Pictures on the internet did not show how dirty the hotel truly was.

Positives: The location is perfect for my needs. The room at the end on the back side was great, nice and quiet. The pillows were awesome.

Negatives: I longed for a box of Kleenex. At breakfast, there were no coffee cups and also no coffee, but both were provided to me when I asked for them. The carpeting seemed really dirty, especially on the stairs.
