Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Perfect location for my husband?s dental surgery just around the corner.

The hotel did not maintain the grounds. The grass was not cut nor was it landscaped. Looked horrible.

The hotel seems to be going downhill. I stay here at least once a year and the rooms are declining. Stains in the tub, the beds sink on one side. I was there for 5 days and my room was not cleaned once. I had to go to the desk for fresh towels.

The staff was friendly and it was close to the concert venue.

Room was very out dated and smelled. Air conditioner didnt work. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and not maintenance you can see the scum build up.
