Good location.
Negatives:
No bathroom fan. Unpleasant odors throughout the room.
During checkin I was told there would be a $100 incidental fee charged to my cc. To drop off if I did not use it (I did not use it). This was not disclosed during booking. I am not aware of this practice with other hotels.
More of a contractors hotel. Many large construction vehicles in the lot. Contractors hanging around the back door at night. Doubt we will stay there again.

Ok, clean, high incidentals fee...

clean room, suite, large beds
Negatives:
no ice/drinks, loud (room above and hallway noise was too loud). Alarm clock in son's room went off in the middle of the night :( Bathroom door squeaked as it closed. Breakfast wasn't available at 7 the next morning as we were leaving.
