Positives:
The location is convenient and minutes away from many restaurants and entities. The front desk staff is often busy, however, they do try to assist with issues that arise.
Negatives:
The staff for the most part was friendly and supportive. However, the manager is very nasty and rude and is willing to shout at the guest. He is not empathetic. He makes no effort to responsibly handle issues. I left as a result of his behavior.

The location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking.
Negatives:
Dingy, dirty, and I was disturbed at 1am by the front desk calling me. I was in bed, asleep, when someone made a noise complaint about the room - which had no TV or music playing.
The water pipes and AC were incredibly loud throughout the night.
The bathroom had someone elses hair scattered on the toilet and shower.

It was very outdated, no coffee pot in room, and saw a roach in the bathroom crawl up the wall though it was clean.The grab and go breakfast was the smallest I have ever had- granola bar- muffin or oatmeal. And no decaf coffee or tea
