Positives: The only thing we liked was the bedding.
Negatives: The place is dirty, in need of a good deep cleaning and vacuum. The balcony is filthy. It overlooks the restaurant Jettys, which plays extremely loud rock music till midnight! Breakfast is awful, overpriced and not even a dairy- free milk availability, which is in a stark contrast across a street at Best Western, where its same but free breakfast with almond milk, oh.. and much much cleaner, too!! Staff is inattentive and slow.

Positives: Balcony with every room. Comfortable beds & pillows. Walking distance to many restaurants. Blackout curtains actually work. Very pleasant front desk staff.
Negatives: Pool was closed for maintenance all day with no advance notice. Didnt find out until we checked in. Not sure if this was just a one time thing.
