The room wasn't ready the desk clerk was getting her hair braided (getto) didn't want to assist with questions. Cleaning crew didn't start cleaning until 3pm when it's time for check-in. Please get professional employees also the Air conditioner doesn't get cold

The desk clerk was smoking marijuana outside the office. My room smelled liked someone smoked in it or cleaned while smoking MariJuana. The air conditioner took all night to cook the room. My chemo and insulin were melting since I didn’t have a fridge.

Room was not clean when we checked in, AC did not function properly and temperatures were in the 90s the entire week we stayed. The circuit breaker kept tripping even without any of our electronics being plugged in. The maids do not come to clean the room or replenish toiletries even though we were there for 6 days. The front desk staff do not stay in the front office, they hangout outside of the building smoking marijuana with guests that are staying at the hotel. When you ask the front desk staff for anything they have an attitude and act like you are a major inconvenience for asking them to do their jobs.

The room was not what I paid for when I booked the reservation. It was sub-par. There were not enough towels and wash cloths, luckily I always carry a spare in my overnite bag. The vending machines were empty and unplugged. It just was not a pleasant experience at all, but I made due.
