Well, guy at the desk really helped. He refunded my money fast and effectively.

Please dont stay here. The place reeked of urine, the room smelled like an ash tray, and there were bad security vibes all around. We quickly left, got a refund, and had to hunt for a better hotel the old-fashioned way by just dropping in and asking for vacancy. Plenty of other affordable options available!
