The staff were helpful, however the suite itself appeared clean and neat at first glance. Upon closer inspection, I noticed carpet stains, messy renovations, and bubbling on the ceiling. There was also an area near the laundry that felt very hot. I wished the they would allow the guest to take the towel out of the pool area as it was too cold and wet after swimming.

Carpet stains, bathroom tiles out of wall, bubbling ceilings, no pool towels to leave the pool area after swims, too crowded during breakfast with 20 people lining up for food.
