The location of the hotel was great. The food was really good. I loved the comfortable seating in the lobby. I had an opportunity to meet other guests.
Negatives:
The internet connection was poor, and the TVs were outdated—no smart TVs available. The room phones didn’t work, with one jack hanging out of the wall. When I reported the phone and internet issues to the front desk, the receptionist merely offered me a number to call for third-party tech support. No solution was offered regarding the phone.
Additionally, the extra day I booked didn’t merge with my original reservation, causing confusion. The front desk claimed they tried to call the room several times, but the phones didn’t work—something I had already reported! They even sent someone to our room, assuming we were checking out. Luckily, my husband was there. When my husband went to the front desk, another guest was having the same issue, and the police had been called. Since our reservations were separate, we had to officially check in again for the final day, which was extremely inconvenient as I wasn’t even on the property.
While the receptionists were all pleasant, they were not very helpful. It felt like they didn’t care and offered no real solutions. At breakfast, the line for omelets was always long, and there was only one waffle maker. It took about 30 minutes just to get an omelet and make a waffle, and several patrons were complaining. Logistically, the setup could have been better, though it wasn’t a deal breaker.
Better service is certainly recommended. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

That something was going on with the air it was on but not pumping almost making blankets too hot& I didn’t like the fact that pool closed at 7 other properties are at least 8-9 & some are doing 10
