Checked me out when I never came to check out and then re checked me in and charged me for an extra night- they also took extra $700 from my account that was not authorized - Once the person who made the error was called he was not very receptive and did not explain himself
The room smelled bad and also the drainage in the sink and tub did not work

Breakfast, location, wifi had a great connection with good speeds, flat screen was new and large, bed was comfortable, lighting adequate, refrigerator slightly larger than expected, no hassle at checkout

Value not worth the cost, room floor was very dirty, bathroom door wouldn't close, towels were cheap, extra towel and sheets come at a cost, AC worked but room was humid, room next door was smoking weed day and night, bathroom has no fan, mold in bathroom corner

I do not like that I was double charged by the front desk (the lady that checked me in I seen ONE charge but after checking out the lady made me check my bank statement again && it showed I was double charged for dogs yet only had ONE)
