Front desk staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was acceptable.

The room was pretty dated. Hole in the surface of the floor. Stains on walls. Smelled like a pet had been in there. Front desk staff announced my room number. Since I was staying alone, I would have liked her to just show it to me.

This was close to where we needed to be. It had suites so we could visit with family.
Breakfast was included with the cost of the room. Buffet style with a fresh waffle maker. Loved that. Food selection was varied and there was something for everyone.
Negatives:
The whole place was very stuffy and food smells from individual rooms stayed trapped inside the halls.
The room had stained carpets and flattened furniture. There was no access to the local TV for the entire stay. The front desk blamed Comcast and took no opportunity to make the situation right. When asked why the TV was working in the breakfast area, they said that was “a different set up.”
We are not normally so critical of a place but this place was not at all what was advertised online. Maybe it was that nice and clean a few years ago but it is not now. This was such a disappointment.
