The front desk staff named Tenia is not welcoming, not accomodating & not approchable. I first greeted her with no reply from her, no recognition not even a nod like a don’t exist. Then I showed to her my booking confirmation, she said I don’t need that, I need your ID telling me with attitude. And when she checked the computer she said I wasn’t booked, when I was about to talk she gestured her hand telling me not to talk because she realized that I have a confirmed booking. She’s very rude, she shouldn’t be in the front desk. The following day when we checked out, a different person in the front desk is exact opposite of what I experienced when I checked in. I’ve been to many hotels & this is my first time I’ve encountered such a personnel in a hotel.

Rooms are not sound proof.One can hear conversations from next room,especially from the bathroom. Bathroom toilet did not flush well. Seemed like a broken toilet. There is no freezer in the fridge,just a fridge.
