Positives: Extremely friendly staff, good check in and check out process.
Negatives: Paid extra for water view but it was 1st floor and blocked with trees- not a water view.

Positives: The view was breathtaking and the location was convenient to some of the best sites in the city. The room was beautifully decorated with nice furniture. The staff was friendly.
Negatives: There was no refrigerator, but the furniture included an open space for one. We were given three tiny coffee pods for our in-room coffeemaker. I am not a coffee snob, but the coffee provided tasted horrible. We found no other centralized place within the hotel to get a real cup of coffee even at a price. That's a huge negative for us. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, which should not be the case based on the price of the room.
