Nothing. Since the Hotel do not communicate with the customer neither they take care of your request, it was impossible to qualify them. But they charge your credit card anyhow and they ask you for service feedback even if they didn't provide you a service. Orrible experience! Deleted from my Hotel list for life!
Negatives:
The Hotel do not reply to emails and communications! They charge credit card cost even if they are not authorized. Booking staff in this case was absolutely not influent to try managing an orrible situation. I lost money and time trying to manage this reservation. And finally, even if they didn#t provide me any service, they asked me a feedback! Absolutely a NOT customer oriented service!!

Excellent location to Logan Airport especially for an early morning flight. The Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was excellent. Its full service with a made to order omelet station. All included in the price. I would definitely stay there again.
