Positives:
It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The fitness room was surprisingly great. There was a lot of food for the continental breakfast. Eggs, ham, shredded chicken, oatmeal, muffins, make your own waffles, on and on. We got there a little late so we took our breakfast to our room bc there weren’t any tables left. The property is about a ten minute walk from downtown Seaport area. Very good place to stay. We have a great time.

There is not a tub, only a stand up shower. Makes it a little tough to wash a baby/toddler.

Positives:
The room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The check-in was quick and easy. The gym was decent other than wobbly handlebars on one of the pelotons.
Negatives:
I arrived at about 10:30pm and the only option for parking is valet. I had trouble getting the guys attention and after I did he wouldn't take my car until I was checked in. Many other hotels take your car immediately. I checked in and returned and the guy was gone getting someone else's car. In all it took probably 30 mins to get the car valeted. I might as well have figured out the self park and avoided the $60. The whole point of valet is convenience.
The next day I went down for the included breakfast half hour before the signs said it finished. There were no cups for coffee, it looked like there was no food left and lots of the seating/tables had messes on it. Ended up just getting breakfast at a coffee shop across the road. Again, just shows how poor the value at this hotel is.
