Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. AC was great.
Negatives:
No shower gel in dispenser. Housekeeping did not top this up even when pointed out and a tip given. No hot water in shower, so had to have a cold shower three nights out of four. Raised with reception multiple times.

They upgraded us for free to a higher floor and gave us free bottle of champagne and chocolates because I said it was our anniversary.
