1) The air conditioner kept us awake ALL NIGHT! Like being inside a jet engine. Met other bleary guests who said the same.
Ridiculous. It is 2024. Upgrade that.

2) Were never told the times for breakfast. Got there at 10:23am (remember we couldn’t sleep!), and were told by a bratty hostess we could take likely would not get food, but if we did, we could take our food “to go”! (Where?!)
I insisted as we had 7 minutes to
order. (Guessed 10:30am was closing????)
A manager came out and “allowed” us to be seated telling us we’d have to leave soon (there were several tables full!). If not for waitress Kelli (lovely) things would have been even worse. We ordered coffees. Husband got yoghurt and fruit. We felt pretty uncared for except for Kelli who clearly was embarrassed.
It’s not free to stay, drink or eat there. Customer service needs be taught, I guess.

The AC in the room is not cold but generate loud noise all night, the water in the shower is either extremely hot or cold cannot be adjusted, no in-room slippers because the hotel just doesn’t have any

Housekeeping service is bad, they always forget to change one or two towels as standard.
They never change the bed sheet although we stayed for 8 days. We have to request to change, first time for me to know about this.
Even after we asked they did not change it the next day.
