The bedrooms were a little tired-looking and probably in need of upgrading. Walls were very thin and you could hear guests in the next room. The pool area was ok however there was a strange smell which put be off using the pool more.

It exceeded all my expectations - the photos online are outdated so it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we arrived! The hotel was really accommodating with my room type change, and were extremely helpful -overall a 100 /10.

The room was rather comfortable and clean, the room was quiet and staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The pool bar had an awful smell while sitting and service was very slow. They had an issue with yellow jackets flying all over the bar bothering patrons at the bar. Drink costs were astronomical. The parking is very expensive as well and the area has low clearance points where taller guests can hit their head before entering hotel.

Great location and beautiful hotel. The swimming pool unfortunately was shut for most of our stay but it didn’t make a difference to our stay. It was our wedding anniversary and children’s 21st and 18th and the hotel were so thoughtful with a surprise bottle of fizz and cake.

The bathroom could have been a little bigger but the shower was great.

The staff at the desk were so helpful in all categories. Always with a smile, good information, directions, good restaurants…. Honestly, they were so amazing!! The bed was very comfortable!
