Positives:
The rooms were spacious and well designed. The pool was nice. Breakfast staff were very nice and worked hard.
Negatives:
The First night we could not shower as the tub was clogged. There was also crumbs all over the ground and a sticky substance on the end tables. This was a Huge turnoff and inconvenienced us as we had traveled for over 12 hours to get there. The staff gave us another room the next day which worked out well, however there was definitely a lack of the staff being apologetic or even acknowledging this was an issue. The rooms were sold out which I understand however the response I was given was basically to deal with it. They sent a housekeeper to look but he was not able to fix the problem. The pool facilities could also use a hot tub.
