I showed up and they gave my room away granted I was a day late due to issues with my rental car and phone having Us access, but I showed up at 9pm with 2 kids after they took my deposit money already and then had the audacity to tell me they sold my room.
Residence Inn obviously prioritised profits over customer experience.
