Location js very near to the place I visited.
Negatives:
My reservation was canceled without notice when I arrived at the hotel, even though it was shown "confirmed" on my booking application until recently and the hotel even mailed to me confirmation letter, sent DM welcoming my visit a few days before. However, when I arrived hotel, they said they don't know my reservation. My reservation didn't even existed in hotel system. I had to find alternative place urgently.
After I came back home, I checked with the booking.com that my reservation was perfectly fine, then I again sent mails both to the hotel and hilton customer center to ask why my reservation was canceled. Till now, nobody gives me feedback. I like this location and the hotel seems very good facility but it is very risky that your reservation can suddenly canceled with no reason, without notice at all and the worst thing is that customer center just ignore this kind of issue. At least, I want to know if it was just a staff's mistake or the system is unstable and somebody from hotel should explain to me.

I have a child at Hampshire College. This is the perfect place for me to stay when I visit. I will be back and I will stay here again. The room was wonderful! The staff was great! The location is perfect! Also love how close I am to stores etc

I really love the vibe here n people are very considerate n helpful. The txt msg system makes the service great n very convenient. I live here almost half month n will definitely come backk again. Very easy parking n fully equipped with microwave kitchen stuff
