No space to park your car in front of the lobby to check in. The hotel front car park is very small with most lots are reserved for handicapped. Finally was told I can park at the multistorey carpark. I still cannot understand why the hotel has a barrier gate going in and out of the carpark when you do not need collect a parking ticket to go in and do not need any ticket to go out. Front staff took a long time to attend to one customer in front of me. The other front staff was chatting away on the phone. Both spend nearly half an hour before I was attend to. The hotel limit you to 2 device connections. If you have a 3rd device, it disconnect the one the device. You need to have Hercules strength to open the room door. I understand what a fire-rated door, but Sheraton one must be armored plated to withstand bullet.
