It is new, and clean! Easy $14 Uber to the areas we wanted to go.
Negatives:
Thin, lightweight blankets, was chilly overnight. Breakfast buffet was not prepared for the volume of patrons. Most items needed replenishing both mornings.

Positives:
The staff was wonderful, the hotel felt safe
Negatives:
Some sort of outdoor space for the kids to be loud and run around a bit. Without a pool, it was difficult for them to let some energy out on the property. The neighborhood didn't feel safe enough to hang outside of the property grounds. If outdoor space isn't an option, or a pool because of space restraints, maybe a game room would help.

Property is in the best location, easy to get anywhere from there.

We stayed in the property for almost a week and our room was never cleaned even after requesting tor the service. This was the only disappointment encountered

Loved it except the lack...
Positives:
Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Quiet inside and convenient to Fenway. Comfortable bed and good space for long visits.
Negatives:
We had to wait almost an hour to check in because our room was downgraded and was not ready for us. It was a little aggravating due to limited time to get ready for our event. When we were trying to check out we had to wait an additional hour for a manger to come in and fix the price adjustment for our room downgrade.
