Roach inside the fridge. Shampoo bottle all empty. Bathroom smelled .. waisted my money. Didn't even stay there the night. It was in a back alley

Right before we walked into the lobby to check in there was a weird smell. The Motel had cancelled our reservation, but never informed us. They did have another room available. When we got to the room the bedspread had a stain on it. There was a dirty rag on the floor. The room had a weird smell. The kitchen area had crumbs all the place and there were bugs crawling all around the bathroom and room. The room was not clean. We left right away and informed the front desk. He didn't seemed to care, he didn't even apologize.

Very quiet easy access to the room check in and out was smooth
Negatives:
The trash by the front near the room you could smell when you opened the door or walked by main entrance, the toilets were very low being 6'3 it was mild inconvenient, the phone in the room had cigarette burns and a few of the sheets and blankets also had cigarette burns, the safety lock on the inside of the room was snapped off

That was the most disgusting hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. Cigarette burns in bedding, stains on bedding, bloody buggers on wall in bathroom, big stains on couch, much much more. I called to complain, they offered the adjacent room, it was MORE disgusting. My advice DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER STAYING THERE!!!
