Room (including bathroom) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Once I figured out how to use the AC controls, was able to get the room to a comfortable temperature (cold when we entered). Staff were courteous.

It was convenient . Linens were clean. No funny odors. Nonsmoking facility. Heat and air functioned. Room was mostly as pictured less the decorative features.
Negatives:
It’s possible we had the best rate worst room in the facility at the farthest end of the hall nearest to the highway. Room noise from I495 traffic was unbearable. Room was located about 100’ from the highway. The facility is old and tired. Shower water was tepid. Bathroom was mostly clean but hair in shower from previous guest. Pool was closed. The bed was not especially comfortable. Housekeeping was only available on prior day request.
